Canungra is based in the Gold Coast Hinterland and is surrounding by plenty of beautiful and adventurous outings for a day or a weekend. For groups we are able to provide seating for up to 180 people and have accessible facilities including a ramp for wheelchair access. Coach parking is available. MOTORBIKE RIDESIf you dream of hitting the opens roads and the twists and turns of the mountain is calling to you, then Canungra is the place to head, considered a motorcycle mecca, there are some fantastic rides in and around Canungra and Beechmont. Come and explore this weekend.
HOT AIR BALLOONINGWhy not try hot air ballooning over the beautiful Gold Coast Hinterland. Starting in Canungra you can enjoy the early morning floating above the world. For something special finish it off with a champagne breakfast at one of the nearby vineyards.
NATIONAL PARKSNational Parks surround Canungra, with Binna Burra on one side, O'Reilly's on the other and Tamborine Mountain to the North. Scenic Rim has some of the most spectacular Parks in the world, with rainforest, creeks, waterfalls and skyline tree walks. You don't want to miss this.
LAHEY'S CANUNGRA TRAMWAY TUNNELTramway Tunnel Explore a historic site of Canungra. The 91m tunnel was constructed in 1901 to provide access from the sawmill to the logging areas. The tunnel can no longer be walked though but it is still worth making a quick stop to have a look at this engineering feat.
